The Advanta Platinum BusinessCard with Rewards, issued by Advanta, is designed for business owners who are looking to consoli date business expenses onto one credit card account and would like to earn rewards or rebates for business purchases.
Through the rebate program, cardhol_ders will receive a 5% rebate on qualifying net purchases of gasoline and diesel fuel; computers, computer supplies, electronics, and office supplies; utilities and telecommunications; and online advertising services. A 1% rebate will be received for all other net purchases. The amount of rebates earned on all other purchases is based on the following scale: .25% on up to $3,000 in purchases; .5% between $3,001 and $5,000; .75% between $5,001 and $15,000; 1% on purchases over $15,000. Cardholders will receive a $50 check following any billing cycle in which their unpaid earned rewards reach $50. There is no limit on the number of rebates that can be earned.
Cardholders may also choose the rewards program, which allows them to earn one point for every dollar spent on all purchases made with the card. These points can be redeemed for various travel rewards or pre-paid bonus cards. There is no yearly limit to the number of points that can be earned; however, points do expire in three years. Both programs are free.
Many common platinum business features can be found with this card, such as auto rental insurance, extended warranty coverage, itemized expense reports, and online account access. Cardholders are also offered discounts on various products and services from participating retailers and merchants.
The card has no annual fee and an attractive long term 0% introductory rate on balance transfers. This card also has a very low interest rate that applies as long as payments are up to date; applicants should review the terms and conditions provided by the card issuer.
