The Citi® Bronze® / AAdvantage® World MasterCard®, one of several Citi® AAdvantage® credit cards offered by Citibank, is designed for those with average credit who travel regularly on American Airlines.

Through the reward program, cardhol_ders earn one mile for every two dollars spent on the card. Cardholders also receive 5,000 bonus miles after the first purchase is made with the card. Miles are redeemable for flights on over 25 partner airlines, car rentals, and stays at hundreds of hotels worldwide. There is a maximum of 25,000 miles that can be accumulated each year (AAdvantage Executive Platinum®, AAdvantage Platinum®, and AAdvantage Gold® members are excluded from this limit.), and miles may never expire.

At first glance, it may be difficult to distinguish between all of the Citi® AAdvantage® credit cards due to their close similarities. The Bronze card differs from the others as it has no annual fee and offers no extraordinary benefits or services to cardhol_ders aside from the reward program. It is import ant to note that although the card has no annual fee, the mileage awarded is about half of what is normally provided by an airline reward card.

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for purchases is above average for a reward card. There is also a minimum cap of 17.74% for cash ad vances; so no matter how low the Prime Rate falls (the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is tied to the Prime Rate), the interest rate will not go below the minimum cap.

Aside from the reward program, cardhol_ders can expect several standard benefits that include travel accident insurance, no liability for unauthorized transactions, and various Internet account related services.

Therefore, those who would like an airline reward card with no annual fee and do not plan to spend more than $50,000 on the card in a year (due to the yearly limit on miles) will benefit most from what the Citi® Bronze® / AAdvantage® World MasterCard® has to offer.

Note: We strongly suggest that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions statement that accompanies the credit card application.
