As the upcoming school year quickly approaches, Griffin-Spalding Schools are preparing by sharing more and more details.
This year鈥檚 open house will be held July 29 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. for all schools across the district, according to the . This is less than a week before the first day of school, which will be Aug. 4.
Student schedules will be shared at open houses, the district said on . School supply lists specific to each classroom will be shared at the open house and universal supply lists can be found on the .
Masks will be optional at the open house, Laura Beaber, a communication specialist for the district, said.
The district will not require masks in any capacity for the 2021-22 school year, she said.
